(Hours 127, 128 & 129)

I had an extended lesson today and drove solidly for 3 hours. The beginning ran smoothly, but as the minutes passed in the last hour, things started to get out of control! The unusual became the usual and I've never seen this occur before in my many hours of practice! The nasty bends caught me out on this occasion and I was accelerating and braking through them at various points. On the whole, I'm pretty happy with the overall performance and I'm taking to the new car quite well, but I've just got to remember to focus solely on the driving and not to let my mind wander, otherwise nothing's going to get me this licence.

As always me and my instructor like to have a good chuckle at the front of the car and today's selected topic was my previous attempts at the test. Even though I know how serious the note is, I made a joke of it as he mentioned "forget about the previous tests because they've all past now"... and for a split second my imagination wandered again and I was happy that they're all PASSED!! hahaha
